▶︎ How the payment works?
Payments are available by credit / debit cards of the main circuits(Amex,Master,MasterCard isVisa). If you are using a device with Apple Pay or Google Pay, you can use these methods. All transactions are secure and encrypted throughShopify Payments. You can also pay viaPayPal. You can check the security of the site by looking for a padlock next to the address bar: its presence informs the user of the secure https connection. Here is an example.

▶︎ Pickup in store
On our site you can place orders by choosing between shipping to an address or thepickup in store.If you choose for collection in the store, we will prepare your order in advance. We ask you to come to the collection with the order number that you can find in the subject of the confirmation email example: Order# 1001 confirmed).
To place an order with in-store pickup, choose the plants and / or flowers you want using the buttonadd to cart, go to the shopping cart page and select the date for delivery or collection. On the next page choosePickup in store and continue to pay with your preferred method.
▶︎ What are the order processing times?
For orders placed before 5pm Monday to Saturday, you can choose same day delivery.
During check-out you will be asked to enter a day for delivery and an approximate time. We currently offer same day up to 14 days delivery service if you need to deliver in more than two weeks Please contact usi,here you will find the contacts).
We are committed to keeping the catalog consistent with actual availability, but for particular orders there may be difficulties with same day delivery, in this case we will contact you to agree on a new date or a different solution. If we are unable to meet the times requested by you, you will not be charged any costs and we will cancel the order.
▶︎ Shipping costs and methods.
To ensure maximum freshness and the highest quality standards, all deliveries are carried out directly by our team using our own vehicles. We do not rely on third-party couriers.
Delivery charges and service availability are determined based on the geographic distance between our premises and the delivery address.
Orders over €50 may be placed even beyond our standard delivery area. In such cases, the order will be subject to manual review. We will contact you using the phone number provided with your order to discuss a suitable delivery solution. If the proposed arrangement does not meet your expectations, your order will be cancelled and no charges will be applied.
Delivery charges are calculated according to the following criteria:

▶︎ Right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal is a right governed by articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code. The same Code establishes art. 59 the presence of products subject to exclusion:
a Made to measure or clearly personalized.
b That risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly.
c Sealed, which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.
